The content on this website is general information about our business and loans. It is not an offer, a commitment to lend, or financial, tax or legal advice. Every loan depends on our credit assessment and approval, and is governed by your sanction letter, Key Fact Statement (KFS) and loan agreement.

We take care to keep the information on this website correct and current. We may change products, rates, charges and policies on the website at any time. A change does not alter a loan already sanctioned. That loan stays governed by the documents you signed, and those documents prevail over anything shown here.

If you send us details by email, you confirm that they are true and complete. We use your information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is published on this website.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, try to gain unauthorised access to it or its systems, introduce harmful code, or copy its content for commercial use without our written consent.

Our interest rates and charges are listed in our Interest Rates and Service Charges document on this website. Our Fair Practices Code, a summary of our KYC and Anti-Money Laundering Policy and our Privacy Policy are also published here. The exact rate, all charges and your total repayment for your loan are shown in your KFS before you accept it.

We work with brokers and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) who introduce borrowers to us. They may help you apply, but they cannot approve a loan, change its terms, or collect money on our behalf in cash or into any account other than ours. Pay your instalments only as stated in your loan documents, to a Clear Lend account, by the cheques you gave us, or in cash at our office against a receipt.

We never ask for advance fees, OTPs or passwords to sanction or release a loan. We do not ask you to pay a processing fee. If someone asks you for money in our name, do not pay. If you are not satisfied with our service, follow the steps on our Grievance Redressal page. You can write to our Grievance Redressal Officer at admin@clearlend.in. If we do not resolve your complaint, you may approach the Reserve Bank of India as described on that page.

The Clear Lend name, logo and the content of this website belong to us. You may not use them without our written permission.

This website may link to other websites, such as the Reserve Bank of India's Complaint Management System. We provide the links for convenience and are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that arises from using, or being unable to use, this website, or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law or under your loan documents.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction over any dispute about this website.
