About Us
Clear Lend Capital Private Limited is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India. We provide unsecured loans to businesses that need working capital or funds to grow.
Our loans typically range from ₹10 lakh to ₹50 lakh, and go up to ₹1 crore. We reach our customers directly and through a network of brokers and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) across Bangalore.
We believe a borrower should know exactly what a loan costs before signing. Every customer receives a Key Fact Statement that sets out the loan amount, interest rate, all fees and charges, the repayment schedule and the total cost of the loan, in plain language.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Satish Khemchandani
Satish holds an MBA (Merit) from Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, and a B.Com from Seshadripuram College, Bangalore. He has more than twenty years of experience running businesses in distribution, manufacturing and retail. He still runs retail businesses today, so he knows first-hand what working capital means to a growing business.
Bhavna Samtani
Bhavna is a Certified Financial Planner with a B.Com from St. Joseph's College, Bangalore. She has over 17 years of experience in private banking, wealth management and financial advisory, including time at Kotak Wealth Management. She is co-founder and Managing Partner of Credel Capital Financial Services LLP.
Shivcharan Fokmare
Shivcharan holds an M.Com (Honours) and is a CAIIB. He spent 38 years with State Bank of India, retiring in 2021 as Deputy General Manager (Credit Audit) in the Internal Audit Department at the Corporate Centre, Hyderabad. His work covered SME and MSME lending, credit appraisal, credit audit and regulatory compliance. He later served as a
Shivcharan holds an M.Com (Honours) and is a CAIIB. He spent 38 years with State Bank of India, retiring in 2021 as Deputy General Manager (Credit Audit) in the Internal Audit Department at the Corporate Centre, Hyderabad. His work covered SME and MSME lending, credit appraisal, credit audit and regulatory compliance. He later served as a concurrent auditor at an SBI SME branch in Bengaluru until 2024.
